The twelve-part zodiac has ancient Mesopotamian roots and was developed through later astrological traditions. This version uses your selected sun sign for fuller daily, weekly and monthly readings that change with the relevant calendar period. It also shows an approximate astronomical moon phase while keeping the interpretation itself symbolic and entertainment-only.

A sun-sign reading is a small slice of astrology

This page asks you to select one of the twelve Western zodiac sun signs and produces a short symbolic reading for a calendar period. It does not calculate a natal chart, rising sign, house positions or a full planetary transit chart. Those usually depend on additional birth information and on the astrological system being used.

The element, modality and descriptive words shown with each sign are conventions within Western astrology. They are not scientific personality measurements. The reading is generated as a reflective prompt and should not be used as evidence about a person's character or future.

Try a grounded question

Instead of asking whether a sign guarantees an outcome, ask which part of the description feels relevant and which does not. Then test that impression against your own experience. You can explore the wider context in the History & Sources page and compare a date-based reading with Today's Oracle.
